KU Starting Points Macarthur, an approved NDIS service provider located in Airds and Cobbitty, provides early intervention and support to families who have young children (0–8 years) with disabilities or developmental delays in the Macarthur area.
We help children communicate, learn, move and play, support meaningful participation in children’s school, early childhood centre and community settings, and assist during transition times in children’s and their family’s life, such as into educational and community settings.

As a member of the Education Support and Family Services team you will be working with a dedicated and skilled team of educators and allied health professionals providing support to children and families.
We are seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing support and expertise for families of children from birth with developmental disability or developmental delay.
The ideal applicant is able to work in a transdisciplinary team and has knowledge of NDIS.
On offer is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day accruing one monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO).

We are also looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead a team based in Airds in providing support and expertise for families of children from birth with developmental disability or delay.
The ideal applicant has experience providing clinical supervision for other Occupational Therapists and is able to work in a transdisciplinary team.
Knowledge of NDIS and experience working with children with a disability or developmental delay undertaking assessments, sensory profiles and therapy is also highly regarded.
On offer is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day and accruing one monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO).
To be considered for either of these roles the following are essential:
- Degree in Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or its equivalent
- Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
- AHPRA registration
- Driver licence and own reliable vehicle
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Knowledge of child protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
- Demonstrated professional level of written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
